BiltongCo provides consulting services in logistics management and supply chain optimization for the premium food industry, including training on storage cost control, profit margin analysis, and international distribution strategies. Services are provided exclusively based on these terms.
The client is obligated to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. BiltongCo undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, in accordance with industry standards. Any change in requirements must be communicated in writing at least 5 working days in advance.
BiltongCo is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits exceeding the total value of the contracted services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months. Recommendations provided do not constitute explicit guarantees regarding financial results.
Payments are made according to the issued invoice, within 14 days from the date of issuance. Refunds are processed only for services not rendered, according to the cancellation policy communicated separately. Partial refunds for services already delivered are not accepted.
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day notice. BiltongCo may suspend access to services in case of non-payment or serious breach of terms. Upon termination, the client will return all confidential materials received.
BiltongCo reserves the right to modify these terms with 15 days prior notice. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. The updated version will be available on this page.
